West Coast Composer Sharon Bercutt debuts a program of her original compositions arranged and conducted by the late Pianist Kent Glenn on “The Music Of Sharon Bercutt” .

The all original set features Kent Glenn on Piano with a rhythm section, Vibes, Sax and Flute, and Strings, except for “Clusters” which features Sharon on Piano. The tunes have a lush sound and are beautiful to the ear. Kent Glenn was the featured Pianist on “Vintage Stone Jazz” that was released in 2004 by Rhombus Records and received critical acclaim from Jazz Radio and press.

“The Music Of Sharon Bercutt” is a musical surprise for all jazz lovers.

West Coast jazz vocalist Judy Wexler steps out front on her debut CD, "Easy on the Heart" for Rhombus Records. Easy on the Heart is a modern eclectic mix of standards and classic pop featuring piano great, Alan Pasqua as arranger, and Barbara Brighton as producer.

Highlights include Oscar Brown Jr.'s "Humdrum Blues",  Abbey Lincoln's "I'm in Love",  and Bob Dylan's "Don't Think Twice, It's Alright".

Fusion Guitarist and Composer Dan Carlin presents “Tradewinds”, his first solo CD and his first recording for Rhombus Records. Dan has performed with The Blue Cheer Band, Robert Conti/Guitarist, and Michael Pinera (Guitarist for Blues Image, Alice Cooper, Cactus, and Iron Butterfly bands).

“Tradewinds” features a great lineup of session musicians including; Rocco Barbato- Sax, John Ferraro - Drums, Vernon Porter - Bass, and Mark Massey - Keyboards.

“Tradewinds” is an all original production with the exception of “Tom Cat”, which was composed by Max Bennett of Tom Scott and The L.A. Express.

“Tradewinds” was composed internationally by Dan Carlin, along with various co-writers on selected tunes. The music has a great uptempo feel for the listener's enjoyment.

Keyboardist/Composer Peter Cor and the Jazzy Devils present an all original set of Smooth Jazz and Contemporary Jazz instrumentals on “Burning Bridges”, their first recording for Rhombus Records.

Jazzy Devils are Peter Cor - Keyboards, Gary Regina - Tenor & Alto Sax, Chris Miller - Drums, Renato Anniccharico - Percussion, and Roxy McDaniel - Bass.

Peter Cor has an extensive background in composition and was the cowriter of the hit song “Getaway” that was recorded by “Earth, Wind & Fire” and was recently covered by Fusion Drummer Lenny White on his latest CD.

“Burning Bridges” showcases nine original compositions written, arranged,
and produced by Peter Cor including the single for Smooth Jazz radio “Gone Funkin”.

Jazzy Devils hail from the San Francisco bay area and will be touring in support of the release of “Burning Bridges”.

Pianist Karen Hammack and Drummer Paul Kreibich present an all-original set of Straight-Ahead, Contemporary jazz on their first CD for Rhombus Records," Lonesome Tree". The Quartet consists of Karen Hammack - Piano, Paul Kreibich - Drums, John Gross - Tenor Sax, and Putter Smith - Bass, with guest percussionist Ramon Banda on "Space Mistress".

All compositions were written by Karen and Paul except for "Another Moon", which was composed by the late Eric Von Essen. All members of the Quartet have extensive credits and perform and record in the Los Angeles area and around the world.

LONESOME TREE has all ready received airplay on numerous Jazz radio stations and has been reviewed by Cadence, and The L.A. Jazz Scene magazines and All About Jazz.Com.

Group members include: T.K. Blue - Saxes, Andy McCloud - Bass and Reggie Nicolson - Percussion.

All orginal music on "Hope For Love" was written by Steve and Iqua Colson and features traditional jazz styles with a modern feel. The musicianship and vocals are of the highest level and the recording quality - excellent.
